Ignacio joined V4 Financial Partners (formerly Altium Capital) in 2003. In this time he has worked on many transactions (divestments, MBOs, buildups) across differing sectors (health, industrial, renewables). Before joining Altium, Ignacio worked for more than 12 years at Alpha Corporate (the mergers and acquisitions division of Deloitte Spain, formerly Arthur Andersen) in the in construction, technology and Internet, IT services and private equity. Ignacio holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration, an MBA from Houston University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Manuel joined V4 Financial Partners (formerly Altium Capital) in 2005 as a partner in the Madrid office, after having spent 13 years as a financial advisor at Alpha Corporate (the mergers and acquisitions division of Deloitte Spain, formerly Arthur Andersen). He has participated in numerous buy-sell transactions, mergers and LBOs in different sectors, including Media & Leisure, Food and Beverage, Professional Services, as well as the Infrastructure sector. Manuel obtained a bachelor's degree with Honors in Business Sciences from the European Center for Business Management (Madrid) and Humberside University (UK).

Fernando joined V4 Financial Partners (formerly Altium Capital) in 2003. He has more than 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions in which he has advised on Internet/eCommerce, Technology, Retail, Leisure and Consumer, Health and FIG operations . Fernando has a particular specialization in private equity, venture capital and cross-border transactions. Prior to working at Altium Capital, Fernando worked for HP, Accenture and Alpha Corporate (Arthur Andersen CF). He has a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE-3) (Madrid) and a PADE in Business Management and Administration from IESE.

Juan Alberto joined V4 Financial Partners (formerly Altium Capital) in 2006. Since then, he has been involved on a diverse range of M&A transactions, including sales, acquisitions, buy-outs or capital increases, across different sectors (infrastructure, TMT, energy, education or agri-food), advising shareholders, companies and private equity funds. Before joining V4 and Altium Capital, Juan Alberto worked at Ernst & Young as a senior auditor. He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE- 3). Juan Alberto is a professor of Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and Blockchain at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB).

Rafael joined V4 Financial Partners (formerly Altium Capital) in 1997. Previously, Rafael was a founding partner of the Corporate Finance activity of Ernst & Young Spain. Previously, Rafael was responsible for corporate development at Valenciana de Cementos. Throughout his professional career, Rafael has participated in different types of corporate transactions: join ventures, acquisitions, sales, mergers, financings, etc. He has deep knowledge of different sectors such as banking, insurance, transportation, food, healthcare, etc. Rafael has a degree in Economics and Industrial Technical Engineering from the University of Valencia.

Fernando has 15 years of experience in M&A in which he has advised mainly on Energy, Infrastructure, Consumer and Industrial transactions. Fernando has a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Francisco de Vitoria University and has a Master in International Management from IE Business School.

Álvaro has a degree in Economics and Finance from the Autonomous University of Madrid and has a master's degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the IEB.
